In 2007, while working at The American Red Cross, Kelly developed a signature event to engage the younger philanthropic audience during the high season in Palm Beach. She leveraged her relationship with Lilly Pulitzer corporation to create a signature fundraiser for the Lilly Pulitzer brand and The American Red Cross. In 2016, Kelly transitioned the beneficiary from the Red Cross to Loggerhead Marinelife Center. Since its inception 14 years ago, Beach Bash Palm Beach continues to attract over 700 attendees from all over the United States and raises critical funds for the beneficiary of this popular seasonal event.

Solid Waste Association of North America hired Kelly in 2015 as its meeting planner to execute the association’s conference showcases. In this role, she provides meeting planning and on-the-ground support including handling all facets of food and beverage, board of director's meetings, tour schedules, as well as serving as a support to the Deputy Executive Director and Senior Events Manager for their additional needs. These conferences are held several times a year throughout the United States.

After supporting The Ryan Light Sang Bipolar Foundation for more than 7 years as a guest, the co-founders hired Kelly to help elevate their many events in both Palm Beach and Chicago. These special events range from a traveling art showcase, medical briefing luncheons and a group of younger supporter's annual dinner dance.
